Bill Scott

Bill Scott has managed Projects, Programs and Portfolios for over twenty years and is a combat veteran of the US Marine Corps. He is a Certified Protection Professional through ASIS International, and has been a certified Project Manager Professional through the Project Management Institute for almost 10 years. Mr. Scott’s current position at ABS Consulting is Senior Director, Global Government Sector Operations and Department of Defense Programs.
Mr. Scott has broad experience in management (both domestically and internationally), training, and conducting assessments; including current projects for the U.S. Navy and the National Institutes of Health. Internationally, he has managed assessment and training programs in Kenya, Japan and Iraq. In 2009, he was appointed to the prestigious ASIS International Global Terrorism, Political Instability, and International Crime Prevention Council which he served as Chairman in 2014 and 2015.
