Maintenance Strategy for FLNG Fleet
In 2016, we began developing a risk based intelligent maintenance strategy for a new fleet of vessels using advanced LNG technology. Our team helped implement an EAM system to support the client's fleet-wide asset management program and provided a model for asset data, criticality rankings and spare parts analysis.
EAM System Upgrades and Support
Our EAM systems team has implemented IBM Maximo upgrades and migrations for some of the world's largest LNG producers. These projects have included designing custom security settings, training personnel during system integration, providing go-live support following system upgrades, project planning, tracking and reporting, and process review.
Reducing Terminal Piping Inspection Costs
We helped a U.S. energy infrastructure company establish a mechanical integrity program for its LNG regasification terminal process. Our damage mechanism assessment, risk based inspection (RBI) and condition monitoring location placement solutions will save the company $300K/inspection cycle.

Risk Based Solutions to Optimize Asset Performance
Our service model is built on a risk based approach to optimizing asset performance management strategies. To quantify the risk profile across a broad range of assets and operations in the LNG industry, we have developed a robust asset criticality ranking tool, which was awarded the 2015 Solution Award for Reliability Engineering. The tool is used to rank assets based on their criticality to the business or operation.
