Alexandre Kovacs is a Senior Mechanical Engineer, PMP certified professional and BRC Project Manager with 35 Years of experience in Ship and Offshore Design, including Oil Tankers, FPSO, Semisubmersible and Fixed Platforms covering the stages of Conceptual, Basic, FEED, Detail Engineering Design and Assessment of Brazilian Regulatory Framework based on Standards, Codes and Rules such as ABNT/NBR, DPC/NORMAM, NRs, ANVISA and ANP, solid international experience and On-site inspection for Regulatory Compliance during Construction.
