In a large part of industry, the trend is to migrate toward the latest and greatest technologies in an effort to make maintenance organizations more efficient. Unfortunately, many maintenance organizations are relatively ineffective at delivering a proper balance of maintenance activities, primarily those aimed at identifying impending failure to allow for timely corrective actions. The truth is, "tools (technology) enable an ineffective organization to be more efficient at being ineffective."
We need to reshape the content (solution) then apply the best tools (technology) to achieve:
"The Right Maintenance on the Right Assets at the Right Time."
What We Cover:
- Establishing a current picture of the organization as a starting point
- Developing a plan and implement strategy
- Prioritizing organic assets
- Redefining maintenance requirements
- Reallocating personnel resources
- Deploying or redeploying tools (technology/software)
- Measuring success
- Continuously improving
