Middle East Focus: When to Use PHA Techniques, HazOp and Revalidation
Based on our experience performing numerous process hazard analyses (PHAs) studies in the Middle East and globally, we have learned that selecting the most appropriate PHA technique for different project phases/stages plays a significant role in carrying out an effective analysis within the stipulated time and budget.
This webinar will review various PHA techniques, including HazOp, under what circumstances to use them, and the pros and cons between different forms of revalidation.
What We Cover
- Introduction to PHA techniques such as Checklist Analysis, Structured What-if Technique (SWIFT), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Process Flow Failure Modes (PFFM) Analysis and Process Hazard Review (PHR)
- Selection of the appropriate PHA Technique for different project phases
- Detailed methodology of HazOp and forms of HazOp revalidation (Redo, Retrofit, and Update and Revalidate)
Register to learn more about the practical methods for performing PHA under unique and varying circumstances.
