Russ has 17 years of demonstrated all-around computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) implementation project expertise from project planning, business process reviews, system configuration, technical documentation, and validation, to user acceptance, training, and post-implementation support. Russ has proven expertise in Calibration business processes, design, and integration and is competent in Pharmaceuticals, Transmission and Distribution business processes, design, and CMMS integration with numerous EAM/ERP computerized systems.

Tony Deering is the Digital Sales Representative of Life Sciences at IBM. Tony has provided sales and marketing support for the asset and facility management products with IBM in the last five years. The solutions provided have been for a wide range of company sizes, budgets and requirements. Tony's specialty is with Public Sector clients in the Life Sciences, Healthcare and Education industries across the United States.
