Stephen is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) with more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry related to asset integrity management, risk assessment, risk reduction, process safety management, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, mechanical integrity, equipment reliability, and risk based inspection.
He has excellent analytical skills and experience with implementation of industry standard engineering analysis methodologies and practices (FFS, RCA, RBI, HAZOP, PHA, etc.) for asset integrity programs. He also has a strong technical background and knowledge of industry codes and standards for pipelines, pressure vessels, tanks and piping.
His understanding of regulatory requirements and developing and implementing integrity strategies and programs helps to ensure safe operation and maintain regulatory compliance for fixed assets in upstream, midstream and downstream environments.
