Driving Operational Excellence: Developing a Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) Driven Program

This webinar will guide you through the essential steps to create and implement a Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) program that effectively addresses the root causes of equipment failures, enhancing operational reliability and efficiency in the oil, gas and chemical industry.

From understanding the fundamental principles of RCM to applying advanced techniques in correctly identifying actual failure modes and effects, we will provide you with the knowledge and methodologies needed to optimize your maintenance strategies. You'll learn how to prioritize maintenance tasks based on criticality, develop detailed maintenance plans and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and foster continuous improvement.

What We Cover

  • Understanding the basic principles of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)
  • Implementing a step-by-step process for developing a practical RCM-driven maintenance program
