Emily Reiblein is a dedicated professional with a passion for advancing safety culture and enhancing worker involvement in safety, risk, and quality management systems. With extensive operational experience in marine transportation and logistics, she excels in helping companies develop innovative and engaging safety management systems.

Throughout her career, Emily has demonstrated a strong commitment to safety and quality management. She has held key roles such as Designated Person Ashore for MARAD vessels and Independent Consultant for quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems. Her expertise is widely recognized, having authored numerous articles on health, wellness, and safety in the transportation industry. She has also been appointed by the Department of Homeland Security as a Health Care/Medical Advisor and served on the Navigation Safety Advisory Council to the United States Coast Guard.

Emily's extensive experience and leadership have been instrumental in driving safety and quality improvements, ensuring operational readiness, and enhancing overall worker safety and engagement. In her current role at ABS Consulting, she continues to assist companies in revamping their safety management systems, fostering a more engaged and safety-conscious workforce.
