Victor Muliyil
Victor Muliyil is the Founder and Technical Director of the Risk Optimization Resource Centre and the creator of the Fast Track Risk Optimization Initiative. Victor brings over 37 years of global training, auditing and technical management experience to refocus educational institutions and industry clients on leading-edge, learner-based training and streamlined risk-focused system implementation and auditing in the food, feed, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, packaging and logistics sectors. Prior to founding the RORC, Victor served for over 25 years in Technical Program Management for SGS North America. He is a former lead trainer and lead auditor for FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, BRC and SQF and has extensive industry experience in the food, feed, personal care and biomedical sectors. Victor holds degrees in biochemistry and microbiology, as well as advanced certification in HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, SQF, BRC, learner-based training innovation and low-acid thermal processing.
