Presenters

Waseem Ansari

Waseem Ansari, P.E., is a Senior Engineer and Project Manager with ABS Group. He has worked in a variety of roles, including Asset Integrity Consultant, NDE Engineer and Asset Integrity Manager. In the past 10 years, Ansari has performed RBI assessments, pressure vessel redesign calculations, fitness for service and mechanical integrity assessments. He has extensive experience in RBI applications and optimized inspection planning.

Dr. Huili Gao

Dr. Huili Gao is a Materials and Corrosion Engineer with ABS Group. He has extensive experience in the areas of metallurgy, corrosion, material selection, root cause failure analysis, NDT, quality assurance and finite element analysis. His reponsibilities include: materials selection, damage mechanism assessment, RBI, fitness-for-service and developing on-stream inspection plan for the oil, gas and chemical industries.

Jennifer Hunt

Jennifer Hunt is an RBI Specialist with ABS Group. She has 20 years of experience in the petrochemical industry, with considerable time spent in both the design and mechanical integrity of process facilities. Hunt is an API 580 certified Risk Based Inspection Professional with a focus on developing systems and circuits to better facilitate an understanding of the potential risk and likelihood of failure. She is trained in using AutoCAD, RBMI, Meridium, Adobe Acrobat, Blue Beam and Microsoft Office.
