BIM and ISO 19650: Enhancing Asset Management in Construction
In today's rapidly evolving construction industry, Building Information Modeling (BIM) has emerged as a cornerstone of digital transformation. BIM methodology involves the use of a shared digital representation of a built asset to facilitate design, construction and operation processes, providing a reliable basis for decision-making. This approach has become indispensable in the digital transformation of construction companies globally, significantly increasing asset management efficiency in both development (design and construction) and operation phases. Over the last two years, the adoption of BIM and ISO 19650 has grown substantially, both in terms of project volume and financial impact.
The adoption of BIM and ISO 19650 has grown substantially, impacting both project volume and financial outcomes. The ISO 19650 standard establishes recommended concepts and principles for organizing and digitizing information in building and civil engineering works where BIM is used. It's a proven reality that BIM benefits are maximized when the entire supply chain participates in an aligned and coordinated manner.
Webinar Overview
In this webinar, participants will learn about the essential criteria for harmonized BIM application and explore how BIM and ISO 19650 can transform projects and operations.
