Shawna Crochet

Director, Human Resources

Shawna Crochet is the Director of Human Resources for ABS Group, bringing over 15 years of human resources experience from a variety of industries including engineering and environmental consulting services, oil and gas, power generation, and SAAS. Prior to joining ABS Group, Shawna held senior human resources and leadership roles in privately held organizations with aggressive growth strategies.

Along with her strong business acumen, Shawna’s comprehensive background in human resources management, talent acquisition, retention, compensation, training and development, policy interpretation, change management, and employee experience has led to recognition as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.

Shawna has received numerous performance awards and was nominated by her peers for the Houston Business Journal Top 40 Under 40 for successfully leading human capital integration efforts.

Shawna received a B.S. in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University.
