Harriett currently serves as the Vice President of Operational Risk, leading our team of technical experts in providing risk management consulting services to customers across critical infrastructure sectors. The team specializes in Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity, reliability and maintenance, process safety, and technical assistance services aimed at enhancing reliability, mitigating risks and supporting safety.

With over a decade of dedicated service at ABS Consulting, Harriett has supported a wide range of Federal and commercial clients, consistently delivering practical solutions to enhance operational efficiency and risk mitigation. Her impressive track record includes fostering organic business growth, reflecting a strategic approach to business development that combines steady, sustainable expansion with significant contract wins.

Before joining ABS Consulting, Harriett gained valuable insights into government operations and policy through her work on Capitol Hill. This unique experience has shaped her perspective and approach to challenges, making Harriett a well-rounded and adaptable professional in the field of operational risk. Harriett holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Meredith College.
